Our Service & Build Process

No mystery, no surprise invoices. Here's exactly how a bike moves through the shop — from the first call to the road test.

How We Work

Honest From the First Call

The thing riders tell us most often is that they finally feel like they know what's happening with their bike. That's not an accident — it's the process. We assess honestly, quote before we touch anything, do the work in-house, and keep you in the loop the whole way through.

Whether it's a tire change or a full custom build, the same principles hold: no work you didn't approve, no surprise line items, and a bike that's genuinely right when you pick it up. It all runs through one service department, on any bike, bought anywhere.

Step by Step

The Service Process, Start to Finish

Six steps, every time — from a routine oil change to a Stage 3 build.

Book & Describe

Book online or call and tell us the bike and what's going on. No screening about where you bought it — we service any motorcycle.

Honest Diagnosis

We assess the bike and how you ride, and figure out what it actually needs versus what can wait. You get the real priorities, not a padded list.

Clear Quote

A written scope and price before we start. You approve it before any wrench turns, so there's never a surprise at pickup.

In-House Work

Dyno tuning, suspension, fabrication, and collision — all under one roof, torqued to spec and verified. One shop owns the whole job.

Updates Along the Way

If we find something mid-job, you get a call before we touch it. You hear about timeline changes, not silence.

Road Test & Delivery

We test the bike, confirm it's right, and walk you through what we did and why — so you leave knowing exactly what changed.

For Builds

How a Custom Build Comes Together

A build follows the same honesty but adds a planning stage. We start with how you actually ride — the roads, the load, the goal — and map a staged plan that's complete and rideable at each step, so you're never stuck with a half-finished bike.

From there it's parts sourcing, in-house fabrication and tuning, and a dyno pass to prove it. Whether it's a custom bagger, a Harley stage kit, or a one-off fabrication job, you get a real timeline and updates the whole way — and a finished bike that rides as good as it looks.

Process Questions

You book, we assess the bike and how you ride, we quote it honestly before touching anything, we do the work in-house, we keep you updated, and we road-test before delivery. No surprise invoices and no mystery — you always know what's happening and why.

Always. Part of an honest assessment is separating what's urgent from what can wait. We'd rather you trust us on the next visit than pad this one, so we tell you the real priorities and let you decide.

Yes. If we find something mid-job that wasn't in the original quote, you get a call before we touch it. Nothing gets added to your invoice without your okay.

We give you an honest time estimate up front and keep you updated if anything changes. Most routine service turns around in days; a full custom build is scoped with its own timeline so you know what to expect.
